* Issuing of Emergency Travelling Documents (ETD)/Temporary Travel Documents (TTD)

* Confirmation of validity of driver's licences

* Processing documents for the repatriation of remains of deceased Zimbabweans

* Facilitation of applicants for birth registration for children born in Namibia

* Consular visits to Zimbabwean nationals imprisoned in Namibia

* Authentication and certification of documents

* Promotion of business relations between Zimbabwe and Namibia

* Processing of trade/tourism/investment enquiries and provision of business related information

* Provision of general information

Working Hours

Monday to Friday: from 08:00hrs to 16:30hrs

Consular Issues: from 08:00hrs to 12.00hrs

Visa Applications: from 08:00hrs to 12.00hrs

Closed to the public on Namibian and Zimbabwean public holiday
